- About our Process
Thank you for visiting our site! Here at Witherspoon Chandelier Cleaning, we want you to get to know the best local chandelier cleaning team- us! We specialize in cleaning delicate, complex, expensive, and hard-to-reach chandeliers and lighting fixtures. We service homes and commercial locations- hotels, restaurants, retail storefronts, salons, malls, offices, government buildings, etc. Give us a call to discuss the details of your cleaning project. You can also email us pictures of your indoor or outdoor light fixture. If you desire to do so, please provide at least one close-up photo and one photo taken from a distance so that we can see both the complexity of the piece and the size and distance from the ground. Let us know if there is a need to remove obstructions or objects near or under the piece(s). If the surrounding area cannot fit a conventional ladder, man-lift, or scaffolding system, please let us know. For larger projects we may need to come to the site to take a look at the chandeliers, glass art, decorative lighting piece, etc.
We are aware of just how dirty chandeliers can become. If you haven't found someone to clean them, why, they may look like a dust cloud enveloped them! What is the correct way to clean a chandelier or light fixture? It certainly depends on a few key factors. Some decorative lighting pieces need special solutions and polishes, whereas other pieces just need a detailed approach with a mild soap. Whichever way we decide to clean your particular chandelier, you can be confident that it's brilliance and appeal will come back to life without becoming damaged! We use the best of hand cloths, thus we don't leave lint where dust used to be. We do not etch the crystals nor harm any metal surfaces. Your electrical wiring is safe with our methods and you don't have to worry about us spinning your chandelier right out of the ceiling. You can also be sure that we do not corrode metal or damage any fixture pieces. No spray-and-drip hardware-store-bought bottles here.
When scheduling, please let us know when the last time your chandelier was cleaned, how high up the chandelier is, how large in height and diameter the chandelier is, if there is any unusual debris present such as paint, if there is a need for repair (wire work, repining, broken glass blown pieces, loose pieces, missing crystal pendants, chipped crystal...), if there are other high access areas you'd like us to clean, etc. If you live in our most frequented workplace city, Los Angeles, please call 213 674 8911. Otherwise, please call our main line. We also do chandelier cleaning in Orange County and many other counties of Southern California.
